11-9-14   Run through on Rockwell Canyon

Suleski Transportation is looking at trackage rights over Rockwell Canyon for freight to Maine.
Fed up with PanAm dispatchers ST management is looking for new routes to speed delivery.

Overall it was a successful test run.  The Rockwell canyon route will allow
Suleski Transportation to bypass some of PanAms conjested areas.
